Hi all, (and particularly Tim and Andy)

	See the info below about the upcoming NSF risk review.  Tim, Andy and I 
need to update our sections of the Risk Register (both standard and 
supply chain). This will be the last risk update before the upcoming NSF 
review in August, so it is even more important to do a careful review of 
the risks.
	Due to the Juneteenth holiday, we will not meet this Friday.  So let's 
review together the proposed risk changes on Friday next week (June 26).

Dear NSF L2s and Deputy L2s,

We would like to schedule the next NSF risk workshop for Tuesday, June 
30, during the first half of the CCB meeting. In preparation, please 
prepare slides that focus on:
- Risks that can now be retired, or extending the expected expiration of 
risks showing as "past"
- Updating the task affected so that all tasks associated with risks are 
in the future. - New risks that might have come up over the past 6 
months, or issues that are worrying you these days.
- Large changes in probability or cost/duration uncertainty.
The current risk register in docDB (#196) is v102, and the supply chain 
risk register is v23:

Please look over both for this review. In addition to your slides, 
please also prepare updated versions of these registers with updated 
cells highlighted. You can also send updates to the IIC risk register if 
you have any, but the focus here is on updating inputs for the 
simulation for the NSF review in August.
