This list is a forum for announcements and discussion related to research in Biomineralization. Conferences, workshops, and preprints may be broadcast here, as well as openings for postdoc or grad student biomineral researcher. Researchers may also request info and help from colleagues. Topics of interest include biomimetic materials science; medical biomineralization and biomaterials engineering; theoretical and experimental approaches to mineralization and biomaterial formation; scattering and imaging techniques applied to biominerals and biomimetic materials; genetics and proteomics of biomineralization. Subscribing to Biominerals-L
