Topics of interest include biomimetic materials science; medical biomineralization and biomaterials engineering; theoretical and experimental approaches to mineralization and biomaterial formation; scattering and imaging techniques applied to biominerals and biomimetic materials; genetics and proteomics of biomineralization.
