Hello, 
I am trying to submit jobs in atlasconnect with following cmd file: But I am not able to submit the jobs(Error also written below)

My parallel.cmd file is

getenv         = True
executable     =
output         =
error          =
log            =
transfer_input_files = /tmp/x509up_u55261
Requirements = ( IS_RCC =?= UNDEFINED" )
#Requirements = ( IS_RCC_fresnostate )
Transfer_Output         = True
WhenToTransferOutput = ON_EXIT
+ProjectName="atlas-org-fresnostate”

Sorry, the project you specified (atlas-org-fresnostate”) is not valid or 
you are not in the list of allowed users.

I am not sure of other errors (If anybody have idea, I appreciate feedback) but I expect +ProjectName="atlas-org-fresnostate” to be true.  I also tried +ProjectName="atlas-org-fresno-state” but it doesnt help. 

Can anybody tell, how to see the current value of projects (Command line). too
