The technical issues delaying the upgrade to Fresno State’s CENIC Internet connectivity have been resolved.  The upgrade is scheduled to begin Thursday, June 12, 2014.  Fresno State Internet access will be intermittently unavailable beginning 9 p.m. on June 12 and will be fully restored by 1 a.m. Friday June 13. This upgrade adds 1Gb of bandwidth to our network. It is anticipated that a separate upgrade to 10Gb will be completed later this year.

FYI:

The upgrade to Fresno State's CENIC Internet connectivity scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2014, has been delayed due to unforeseen technical issues.  Once the technical issues are resolved a new date will be identified and communicated to the campus.
