Dear everyone,

I connect to login.usatlas.org and try to get some dataset to /faxbox/user/schsu/.
However, the operation speed is extremely slow.
I need to wait for 1mins to get a response from "ls" or even "mkdir".

Is there a known issue to the faxbox recently?

Are there admin email I should use to report this issue?
