Slides of my yesterday's talk on cooling parameter choices.

Following a discussion with Vladimir, the section on CeC is in the process of
revision. The validity of my magnetized cooling formulae for flat beams are
also being reviewed in the light of flat beam BETACOOL simulations by Chuyu.
