Dear All,
    There are two agenda items for today's eRHIC IR design meeting.
    The first item is to get an update on where things currently stand 
with the IR Design, and if appropriate define what the current 
"baseline" design is. The last meeting that I attended back in early 
November it had been found that there was an issue with the optics of 
the electron beam, and the sense at the time was that the IR design 
needed what could be a significant modification. In the two meetings 
since (Nov. 18th and Dec. 1st) there have been a few presentation with 
slides, Brett on "Q1/C1ER" and Robert on "G0/C0 ideas". so again, the 
first item is to discuss the current status of the design.
    The second item for the agenda is to discuss the vacuum pipe design 
through the IR, in particular the pipe through the detector. Bill Weng 
will be joining us for this discussion.
    Of course, if anyone has another item that they'd like to discus at 
the meeting they can send a note before the meeting, or bring it up at 
the start of the meeting where we'll start with the agenda.
