Hi Kyle,
    You are correct that we agreed to 3 pm during the meeting last week. As I indicated in the minutes from last weeks meeting, I found out that there is a C-AD Dept Staff recognition event with coffee, cake, and cookies at 3 pm this Friday (4/6), so I asked Caitlin to push the start of this meeting back to 3:20 pm. I see the meeting notice actually says 3:30 pm, as you've indicated.
    This was a change I made so hat people could attend a bit of this event. As I also indicated in the minutes, and reiterate here, anyone involved in our eRHIC IR Design mtg who is not amember of the C-AD Dept. is welcome to come at 3 pm and grab some coffee and sweets before we start our meeting.
