Here is a brief study of a first iteration of the Cost Review Design including some Brett priorities.

 

The electron magnet side-by-side with the hardest Q2pF is eliminated.

A dipole is inserted after B0pF to give first order correction of B0pF deflections at lower operating energies ,and to increase the e-p beam spacing.

The B1pF field is lowered and it is longer.

Space is introduced after B0pF to allow access to the spectrometer detectors and a possible corrector.
