Dear Qiong and Vadim,

I have quick question, the parameter table is for which configuration, assuming strong hadron cooling or not and for the high acceptance or the high divergence case. Just to be sure with which pre-CDR setting I shoudl compare.

Please find the DCC proposal for the frequency change (harmonic 360 changed to 315) along with the latest parameter table from Vadim (see the frequency in Kevin’s proposal).

 

This change is not only limited in the frequency of the RF cavities, but also the fill pattern and charge per bunch and beyond. Please take a serious consideration of this through the area you’re in charge of for anything that might be impacted.

 

Any alalysis towards validating this change should be documented into a memo, and we’re open to any format you want to submit as supplement material for this request.

 

Please send these to anyone that should be involved.
