    Dear All,
        We will hold the scheduled EIC IR Design mtg today, March 13th.
    Matt will not be available to give the presentation on the survey
    data history and capabilities for the RHIC tunnels today, but there
    is an addition to the agenda for today which will be a discussion on
    how we hold future meetings of the group, with an eye towards
    increasing "Social distancing".
        If you wish to be physically present at today's meeting by all
    means you are welcome to attend in person. If you don't feel a
    desire or need to be physically present please feel free to join via
    the BlueJeans application, and note that one can also use the call
    in numbers, and meeting ID number included in the forwarded meeting
    announcement for the meeting to phone in.
