    I tried attaching the text contained here in a forwarded copy of 
the EIC IR Design mtg announcement message, but I see that it all got 
stripped out somehow, hence this follow up message.
    We will be holding our EIC IR Design meeting this afternoon, 
starting at 2:30 pm.
    Matt will not be available to give the presentation on the history 
and survey capabilities in the RHIC tunnel, but there has been another 
topic added to the agenda, which will be a discussion on how we'll be 
holding future meetings of the group. The thrust of this discussion will 
be how we can try to adapt a bit to both continue the meetings while at 
the same time increase "Social distancing".
    If you'd like to physically be present a today's meeting you are of 
course welcome to attend in person. If you'd like to attend remotely you 
are encouraged to use the BlueJeans application to join. If you aren't 
yet familiar with the BlueJeans application please note that it also 
provides a call in number, and a meeting ID, that can be used to just 
phone in. All of this information is included in the meeting 
announcement. Part of today's discussion will be to help bring people up 
to speed on BlueJeans if they haven't used it and have questions how to 
get started.
