Dear all,

This is Ping of LANL. Wangmei (at USTC China) and I are the co-conveners of the ECCE HF and jet working group. We set up a doodle poll for our first ECCE HF & Jets working group meeting next week:

Since Wangmei lives in China and I live in New Mexico, so we have limited time slots for the meeting, either morning or evening hours (Thur/Fri 7 pm to 10 pm Mountain Time). Also, please be aware of the displayed time zone (above the poll table) when filling the poll. Please feel free to send the doodle poll to your colleges who are interested, but not on the ECCE physics working mailing list. We will announce the meeting date and time on Friday.

During the first ECCE physics WG convener meeting, we present some ideas on the key measurements/plots that can go to the detector proposal (https://indico.bnl.gov/event/11312/). If you have other ideas that we didn't cover in the convener meeting, feel free to prepare a few slides for the HF & jets WG meeting. If you would like to present during the meeting, please let Wangmei and me know via email (first AT ustc.edu.cn and cpwong AT lanl.gov). 

We are trying to set up an Indico meeting page. We will keep you updated on the meeting page and video meeting link.
