Dear ECCE enthusiasts,

As you know, the DNP Fall meeting will take place in October at Boston (http://web.mit.edu/dnp2021/). This is a great opportunity for all collaborators to showcase their major contributions to ECCE and the EIC in general. Detector concepts, physics studies etc are all great topics to present! We therefore like to strongly encourage you to consider submitting an abstract to one of the mini-symposia or to the general sorting categories.

Discussions are ongoing about an in-person EICUG meeting for the weekend before the DNP. For ECCE we would certainly also benefit from having an in-person meeting in that timeframe around the DNP. More about this will be discussed in one of our upcoming bi-weekly meetings.

Abstract submission deadline is July 1st.
