         Please see the minutes for today's ECCE tracking meeting below:

1, tracking performance with the 2nd simulation production by Xuan (LANL):

 Xuan evaluated the tracking momentum and DCA_2D resolutions using single pion events with the the 2nd simulation production (general tracking). Tracking momentum resolution is improved in the forward rapidity region but is slightly higher in the central region compared to the 1st simulation production. The tracking DCA_2D resolution is slightly worse in the high pT region than the 1st simulation production.

Will work on the direct comparison in the tracking performance between the 1st and 2nd simulation production. Suggested to compare the general tracking and silicon/inner tracking configuration as well.

2, silicon tracker support structure design in CAD by Jim (JLab):

Jim Fast (JLab), Leo Greiner (LBNL) and Walter Sondheim (LANL) have worked together on the silicon tracker support structure for general EIC application. The first documents have been posted to https://userweb.jlab.org/~jfast/EIC/V0.

Jim presented the latest geometry details in CAD and will help the ECCE tracking system support structure design.
