Dear Colleagues,



Following the announcement by the Steering Committee of the creation of

a crossing angle task force, we will have a first meeting tomorrow

Wednesday October 6 at 10AM EDT.



The creation of this effort was motivated after the publication of the

following note

to provide theory input and support to users and collaborations running

simulations with the crossing angle implemented.  In the short term we

can address any issues related to work for the proposal submissions, in

the long term we can identify specific goals and channels that merit

attention, based on your input.

We will have some overview presentations, detailing the current efforts,

implementations and needs. Afterwards we will have a discussion to

outline goals, priorities and organization.
