Dear Exclusive, Diffractive & Tagging enthusiasts,

After discussion with Carlos and Rosi. We have now a tentative plan and timeline for the papers within the Exclusive, Diffractive &Tagging workgroups.

Under the current scope, there are three papers planned by the group members:

Paper #1: eA diffractive studies: ecce-paper-phys-2022-02. (Peter et al. )
Paper #2: Exclusive, Diff & Tagg summary paper. Overleaf code: ecce-paper-phys-2022-02. (Working group)
Paper #3: ep J/psi photoproduction near threshold. (Xinbai & Wangmei). No overleaf yet.

There are three milestones to pay attention to:

1. March 22: basic draft in the dedicated overleaf (obtained through Peter). At least some title, abstract, and outline.
2. March 29- April 5: presentation to the PWG meeting to discuss the status of each paper.
3. April 11-20: presentation of the paper to the collaboration (during the bi-weekly meeting).
4. Paper ready for submission by the first week of May.

Please note that the first deadline is coming up. We will approach individuals to help to fulfill the required tasks.

Please also note that Wangmei and Xinbai have expressed that they would like to dictate the pace of writing of paper #3 from their side,  therefore it is not subject to the deadline stated above.

As a reminder, we will have our next group meeting on Tuesday, March 29, at 10:00 am. During the meeting: we will call for volunteers to lead the proofreading effort for each of the sections.

In addition, please note that we will resume meeting weekly in April to help finalize the papers.
