Dear colleagues,

We are writing on behalf of the conveners of the joint EIC TOF-PID working group from ECCE and ATHENA in the interim phase between now and the formation of a Detector 1 collaboration. While the physics working groups will help to validate the physics capabilities of any detector modifications, the detector working groups will work on EIC detector 1 design optimizations.

We have set up a poll for the TOF PID working group meeting below. Since we have collaborators across several continents, we may pick more than 1 meeting time after the poll. Please fill out the poll by Friday (April 22nd), so that we can have a kick-off meeting(s) next week before the Detector-1 meeting on April 29th.
