Dear colleagues,

First of all, apology if you receive this from multiple mailing lists. 
This is a final reminder that if you are interested in participating in 
the TOF-PID WG but have not yet subscribed to 
eic-projdet-tofpid-l AT lists.bnl.gov 
(https://lists.bnl.gov/mailman/listinfo/), please be sure to do so as 
all future communications will take place in that mailing list.

As announced in the first Detector-1 meeting on Friday, we will be 
holding weekly TOF-PID WG meetings going forward. The next meeting will 
take place next Monday, May 2, at 11:30am US Eastern Time, which is the 
time slot that emerged to accommodate most of you according to our last 
poll.

In this meeting, we will continue discussing specific charges and tasks 
this WG will address. The conveners will try to prepare a preliminary 
list based on inputs collected so far as a starting point. We really 
encourage you to engage in this discussion, esp.. from those who are 
interested in working on these tasks. If you would like to present 
anything, please do let us know.

Meanwhile, we would also like to launch another poll to identify the 
best time slot(s) for future weekly TOF-PID WG meetings. We appreciate 
if you could indicate your availability here:

the challenge of accommodating participants from many different time
