Subject: [Ecce-eic-ib-l] NO ECCE publication meeting Monday 5/9

 

Dear ECCE Enthusiasts:

We have decided to push the "bi-weekly" meeting out another week, to Monday, May 16th.  This will allow us to have more papers ready for presentation and alleviate some of the recent meeting overload. 

As a reminder, we have several papers currently in review that are awaiting comments from consortium members: 

• Design of the ECCE Detector for the Electron Ion Collider - posted 4/25/2022, review closes 5/9/2022

• ECCE Sensitivity Studies for Single Hadron Transverse Single Spin Asymmetry Measurements - posted 4/27/2022, review closes 5/11/2022

• Exclusive J/Psi detection and physics with ECCE - posted 5/4/2022, review closes 5/18/2022
