A note that the zenodo instance at BNL for EIC use is available
(has been there sfor a while, sorry for the delay). It can be accessed
via VPN/tunnel (it is not opened to the outside yet as a testbed). The
service is accessible via https://eic-zenodo.sdcc.bnl.gov/
