A note that as far as the "C" of EIC SC", I was not made
aware.

It would have been good to learn of the "increasing issues"
and see if a Lab hosted Drupal instance would have resolved this. We
are the dawn of having Federated ID approved / endorsed (so wide
access from collaborators would be enabled). We have several site
already up fr other collaborations with rather generic names (non
SDCC domains).

Cheers,

Hi Jerome,

nope that was an EIC SC internal discussion. Maxim brought this up
and we invited him to talk about it at one of our SC meetings. It has to do with PHP support by the BlueHost provider. EICUG Software group knows about it.

From the bi-weekly EIC news, I read

The EICUG is facing increasing issues with maintaining their Drupal based web site (eicug.org). The
agreed plan is to drop Drupal and redesign the web site based on possibly Jekyll in conjunction with
github. Main concern is to maintain the links to important EICUG documents that are referenced
extensively (White Paper, Yellow Report etc).

Where was that discussed exactly and what kind of "increasing issues"
did the EIC faced? I have not seen anything discussed in the standard
mailing lists.
