  There will be updates on the CAD and GEANT models, but most importantly we should come up with the actual list of tasks with the names attached to them, and drop those items where we simply have no manpower to work on them.

PS: I realize that Trieste colleagues did not really contribute to the doodle poll being busy with the beam test. If this time is utterly inconvenient, we should probably reiterate with the poll and try to find a time slot in the morning. But so far 2pm Wednesday collected 100% of votes of those who responded to the original poll.
