We are still missing information on the detector readout configuration 
requested by the project for the following detectors:

EE HCAL

EE EMCAL

pfRICH

Barrel ECal (SciGlass)

Barrel ECal (Imaging)

Outer MPGDs

Barrel AC-LGAD TOF

Inner MPGD

HE AC-LGAD TOF

HE HCAL

This doesn’t go away, and at some point soon we and the project will 
have to track you down individually to extract this information, which 
costs everyone more time.  In many cases this information has been 
discussed in other contexts, and all we are asking you to do is to pull 
it together in one place. If things are not known, please note what R&D 
or design is necessary to specify the readout configuration. Please take 
some time in the near future to provide this information.

Dear Conveners:

I realize that this request from the project crossed the holidays, but 
it is a bit embarrassing that there has been almost no response to the 
request from the project and the readout tab in the spreadsheet is empty 
for most detectors. Please do your best to update this information by 
the project deadline (9 Jan).

As with the request for services information, of course none of this is 
fully worked out.  The important input the project needs at this point 
is for you to tell them what you know as well as highlight what you 
don’t know, and the timescale for developing that information. A null 
response is neither helpful nor acceptable.

Dear Conveners,

Happy New Year to everybody.

I wanted to remind you all that the deadline (9th of January 2023) for 
providing updated information for cable and service needs for the 
different sub-detectors as well for the readout chain is coming. It 
would be really nice to get this information as it will help to come 
closer to a preliminary design of the detector.

Please remind all subdetector experts about the need for information, 
details have been discussed in the bi-weekly meeting on the 8th of 
December and 10th of November as well as in the last 2022 Conveners meeting.

The information should be entered in the two excel forms linked from
