          Those of us who volunteered contributing to the proposal
        explicitly between now and March review, please prepare a slide
        or a couple of slides with the expected deliverables &
        milestones, so that we have a better understanding of what to
        expect and also have soft means to track our progress towards
        the March 5th "proposal ready" deadline and
          further on towards the March 20-21 review. Feel free to
          indicate "must be" and "optional" items in your slides.
          Milestones of course can be given either as absolute dates or
          as "N days after receiving a particular input from somebody
