Dear All,

Following Elke's suggestions I just changed the title of our pfRICH document from

Proposal -> Conceptual Design Report

we can also call it "Draft Design Report" or
"Draft Conceptual Design Report"

The reason for this change is that these terms all have a certain meaning in DOE world and proposal is not the right one here.
