there are only two group meetings left before the March 20-21 review. In the upcoming one

let's focus on a bit different set of topics than usual: CDR status overall, costing, institutional commitments for CDR and review purposes, distribution of talks for the March review, etc. We may also want to hear a short update from Chandra, Charles and Jaydeep ahead of the pfRICH simulations talk at the PID WG meeting on Friday, but perhaps no other work in progress reports this time.
