  Dear All,

a small correction: after a bit of negotiations with the GD/I group, our posting deadline for the preliminary version of the slides is formulated as "should be uploaded over Monday-Wednesday next week", which now more or less fits into our schedule with the practice talks happening Monday and Tuesday. Would be nice though is at least some of the talk drafts are actually uploaded earlier that the COB on Wednesday 🙂

  Regards,
    Alexander.

  Dear All,

as suggested in the pfRICH group meeting today, I set up a protected indico page for the rehearsals, which will take place Monday and Tuesday next week, from 8am till up to 10am, depending on how much time a particular set of talks will take: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/18697/, assess code pfRICH-4-ever .

Talk distribution over two days follows the review agenda (see here: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/18499/timetable/#20230321.detailed), but we can certainly re-shuffle them for the rehearsal purposes, and if all slides are so perfect that we are done in one day, this is  also fine.

If there are suggestions, how to move the talks around so that more people (and the speakers) can attend them, let me know.

Some of the suggested speakers yet need to be confirmed.

My .pptx template is attached, and I'm expecting a slide or at most two from Jan, Sasha, Brian, Jaydeep and Charles for any studies, which will not be included in Chandra's detector modeling talk.

Please, also send me the logo's of your institutions. I only have BNL, JLAB and INFN so far.

Chandra, Jeff, Matt, Alex: please share your .pptx slide template with everyone, whom you expect to provide you with some input, along the lines of what was discussed in the meeting today, and further re-iterated in a a subsequent point-to-point e-mail exchange. If uncertain, let's discuss offline.

Remember, the preliminary sets of slides need to be uploaded the review indico site shortly after the Monday-Tuesday rehearsals, and the final ones - by Friday next week.

Now, concerning the CDR. Those who agreed to contribute, but did not do so so far: please consider submitting your material to Overleaf NOW (this week), and let Brian and Kong know, so that they can continue shaping the text up.

  Regards,
    Alexander.
