Hello Everyone,

As the bRICH review is now only ~3 days away, we need to make a final push to get the CDR ready for release to the review committee. As we will have many people looking over and editing various aspects of the document in the next few days, I am requesting a 'soft freeze' on changes to the CDR.

Please do not make any further changes to the text of the CDR. If you see minor typos or corrections, please use the comment functionality within Overleaf. Simply highlight the offending text and a comment box will appear where you can describe the issue. I and others will go through the comments and make the required changes. If major changes (think new text / figures, moving text, major edits, etc) are needed, please contact Kong and myself and we will coordinate with you.

I also ask that everyone who submitted text to the CDR go through their contributions one final time to check for typos and accuracy, or if you are an expert in a certain area, please check that those sections of the document are correctly represented. Again, please use the comment functionality for minor issues and contact Kong and I for larger changes.

Please try to complete your reviews by Saturday evening BNL time so that there is time for the editors to make the requested changes before the review.

A big thanks again to everyone who contributed to the CDR! Good luck to us all on Monday.
