  Dear All,

so this yet another ad hoc vessel+mirrors meeting will take place tomorrow Wednesday the 5th at 2pm NY time:

https://bnl.zoomgov.com/j/1619779791?pwd=TUtVak9TMjdsb05CbkVrZmh2a2JzZz09

In general, we should probably split this (more engineering-oriented) meeting off the (bi)weekly one happening on Thursday, and make it more regular. Then also think of doing the same with the pfRICH technical software, where resurrection of the pre-review activities is required anyway. This may or may not require other people stepping up to organize and moderate these meetings (and activities, in general). The HRPPD-related part of our Thursday meetings agenda will migrate into the eRD110 ones, where hpDIRC colleagues will join the conversation, as of next week. Our Thursday meeting is then becoming a forum where all topics are presented and discussed without coming much into details, and without always running over time being diverted by a particular technical discussion. Perhaps I see it wrong though, and / or we better take one step at a time. Let's talk about all this on Thursday.

  Regards,
    Alexander.

  Hello colleagues,

as suggested earlier today, let's try to set up a meeting this Wednesday, after the PID review, to clarify certain details of the pfRICH vessel / mirror design, and the assembly sequence in particular:
