Dear All,

After getting a feedback from the EIC Project management, followed by discussions in the pfRICH DSC meetings Thursday last week (slides: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/22562/contributions/88145/attachments/52991/90632/ayk-2024-02-29-pfrich-meeting.pdf) and today, it has been finally decided to

(1) cancel May 2024 beam test at Fermilab

(2) schedule this first beam test to early Spring 2025, with all of the essential components (vessel, aerogel, mirrors, HRPPDs, HGCROC3 analog frontend) ready, as a direct proof of the detector performance

(3) have a final "full chain test" beam run some time in 2026+, once EICROC ASICs are available
