Dear all,

In on of the previous meetings gas quality control was proposed. In my design, I didn't include any of H2O/O2 removal or analyzing the vent gas for any possible contamination. 

This design is based on purchasing nitrogen with the purity we need and maintaining a positive pressure inside the chamber so no ambient air will not leak into the chamber creating contamination.

Is there any reason we should consider purifying the gas or analyzing the vent gas?

Project wants to finalize the cost, adding purifiers and analyzers can drive up the cost by many factors. Please let me know.
