  Dear Sushrut,

  I think the poster is good as is and does not require further substantial modifications. I'd use space at the bottom to mention that the first ring (or both of them by next week?) were built already and a final assembly is being planned for August this year.

 Unless it is too late, I'd however suggest to change "prototyping" to "engineering design" in the title, as well as elsewhere in the text (abstract, Figures 7 & 8; one can use "manufacturing", "first article" wording as well), just to avoid unnecessary complications.

For the upcoming Forum on Tracking Detector Mechanics scheduled for 29 to 31 May, the undergraduate students working on the end ring and sensor plane prototypes at Purdue University under guidance from Dr. Jung and I are presenting a poster.
