Dear Thomas, Alexandre, and Brian,
This is Bill (Wenliang Li) from Mississippi State. I am writing to represent Mississippi State University to request and apply to become a collaboration institution for the EIC ePIC pfRICH project under the leadership of Dr. Alexandre Kiselev. I am also cc-ing Prof. Lamiaa El Fassi and Prof. Dipangkar Dutta (EICUG and ePIC institution representatives for MSU), and Prof. Jeff Winger (Head of Physics and Astronomy Department) in case an official letter and agreement that is needed to be signed.

Please also let us know if there is also documentation/declaration required to formalize the procedure. We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
