Hello All,

As we discussed at yesterday's general meeting, we will now be tagging and freezing the text of the pre-TDR so Alexander and I can do final edits and incorporate feedback from the meeting. Please do not make any changes to the overleaf until you hear again from us. If you have additions or changes you think should be included in the v0 draft, please email us privately and we will work on including them. We will continue editing until Saturday night, then the text will be frozen again and I will transfer what we have to the global pre-TDR document on Sunday.

Thank you to everyone for their hard work in putting this document together.
