Hello All,

 

For those who did not attend the TIC meeting on Monday or catch my summary at the Engineering meeting, the deadline for v0 of the pre-TDR has been pushed back 1 week to allow some groups to add their sections or any other missing material. While the version we submitted is already quite complete, this extra time gives us a chance to improve. Specifically, our text currently takes up 13 pages in the main document, so we have some room to add more figures (we are rather text-heavy compared to other subsystems).

 

I encourage all section editors to identify a plot or two which would make sense to add to the current document and we can then see what will fit. Some areas of particular interest may be an extra simulation/physics performance plot, summary plots of mirror or aerogel QA, and test stand schematics/pictures, but anything is welcome. There is a lot of figures and details in the backup material, but it would be good to think about how to pack the most information into a single figure, so you may want to combine and condense what is in the backup already.

 

If people have thoughts, we can possibly discuss at the Thursday meeting, but please provide any prospective figures by COB on Friday so we have time to consider and iterate before the next deadline.
