Hi All,

I talked with Rolf and Elke and the consensus is that the vessel should not be
modified to fix length unless you say you can not use this vessel to address
all test questions that you planned with this detector.
Then a new vessel will be built for the actual detector once we are in construction.

However, if you say that having a vessel that is 6cm longer will not be able to answer
all you questions you planed to answer (regarding the performance of the detector)
then you have to fix it.
