I generated the ROOT file for spot checks with the same code as https://github.com/eic/pfRICH/blob/main/readTree.C. I ran the code with

 

root -l 'readTree.C("merged0606.root", "all_out_0606.root", "LUT_0606.txt")'

You can find the input and output files at /gpfs02/eic/youqi/pfRICH/standaloneSimu/pfRICH.
