Dear ePIC Membership committee –

 

We would like to solicit your help in the next week or so with the statements of service that we have been collecting this week.

 

We have about 180 of them, so 20-25 each, and we need help reviewing them to make sure the information is complete and self-consistent (e.g. that the FTE numbers in the team member list add up to the tasks the claim to be doing in the team tasks, etc.).  This should mainly involve just emails, since most people understand the requests we are making, and it usually just involves pointing out a few issues.

 

So we were wondering if people were available at *5:30pm CERN time on Monday, Jan 13* to discuss the situation.  Zoom and indico info to follow.
