thanks for your work contacting the various instiuttions. Work is going on as we can see from the shared GoogleSheet, please remember to update it.

1) attached the draft slides for tomorrow presentation. We (me & Peter) discussed the main messages (plus input from Silvia). This version is current draft, with Peter to add charts. In the interest of our complicated timezones I circulate it to all of you now. Thanks if you can provide feedback by today at 9 PM (Rome time, so 3 PM EDT).

2) we took occasion to remind you about our next meeting that we agreed to be on Thursday 30 January at 8:00 AM (EDT) - 2:00 PM (CET) - 6:30 PM (IST).  We need to have as much as possible feedback from the different institutions we are contacting in time for that meeting.
