Dear all,

I have completed my round of checks and contacts with the assigned institutions, as discussed last Monday.

In the common spreadsheet I assigned the following codes to the Response column. You might want to consider similar coding.. (and add others depending on what you find)

(if the code is in bold this means I have contacted the institution and I'm waiting for an answer)

OK : the workbook is ok, all data in!

ORCID : missing ORCID codes (the most common missing thing)

ZEROFTE : an institution that doesn't have any author and in turn commits for 0 FTE. Something intriguing we might want to discuss, but ok according to the policy.

EMPTY : zero response at all...

As of today, via the Python scan on all files we have 29 institutions "EMPTY" out of 178.
