Dear Eric,

Thank you.  So the survey is just the same as for the other (not so new) 
institutes.  When and how will they be asked (or are they already asked) to 
fill it.  University of Osaka (who just joined ePIC this summer) is not 
included in the list of 175 institutes we are currently working on.  Thanks.
