Dear Kenta,

Osaka joined the collaboration in 2025, so there is not required to provide a 2025 Statement of Services (SoS).
However, it would be helpful to prepare a preliminary SoS for 2026 and submit it before the end of 2025, that would be much appreciated.

The current focus is on closing the 2025 SoS accounting, but early input for 2026 will help streamline the next cycle.

Dear Eric,

Thank you.  So the survey is just the same as for the other (not so new) institutes.  When and how will they be asked (or are they already asked) to fill it.  University of Osaka (who just joined ePIC this summer) is not included in the list of 175 institutes we are currently working on.  Thanks.
