Hi Eric,

Apologies for again missing the meeting, somehow this time has been bad for me this semester. I sent reminders yesterday and that triggered about half of “my” institutes to send in their SoS. I’m running an INT  workshop so won’t get to check them until early next week, but a quick skim seems so show they are essentially fine. I’ll heighten my reminder frequency to those who don’t respond by Monday.  I will also get around to sending in Yale’s soon as we are one of the non-responders. I know its not a lot of work, but it does take time to focus to complete and discuss with all group members and is frankly a pain (when I take off my membership committee hat) so I totally sympathize with those who have put it off to the last minute. We’ll do it, and understand why its needed but we will procrastinate about it

Helen

Dear Pietro,

Thank you very much for the updates and for following up with the institutes.

Good to know  that you identified the issue with the CCNU emails; that’s useful information.

Best ,
Eric

Dear all,

I couldn't attend last meeting (due to lab exercises with students: also
next Monday will be a challenge)

So I wanted to update you:

- out of 16 Institutions assigned to me, only 4 (Morehand, INFN Rome Tor
Vergata, Seoul and Kyungpook) have completed the SoS. I don't see issues
in those. I will send the files to Eric separately. The 4 institutions
having completed the SoS are marked "Done" in the main spreadsheet

- sent reminders to the other 12. Let's see how it goes (deadline is
tomorrow)

- I should have identified what happened about CCNU (Wuhan). The
presence of a Google link inside the body message seems to trigger some
antispam (or censorship?) filter. I removed them

Best regards, Pietro
