A brief recap from today’s meeting:

SoS status: 113 completed, 63 pending, 5 with issues. Reminders can still be sent to institutions that have not replied.

Please review and note any missing items. These reports will be shared with the activity coordinators.

A new “Assignments” tab has been added to the summary sheet for contacting activity/entity coordinators about the 2025 SoS:

The proposal is to assign two eMC members per entity, with eMC #1 leading the contact.
