I agree with Urs that your point is well taken. At the moment I don’t have a 
good answer as to where to best place this material. I hope that it will 
become clear once I do an edit on the entire manuscript. Do feel free to nag 
me about this, as I have a write-only memory these days and may need to be 
reminded.
