Friday's NPPS meeting will focus on sPHENIX: where are we in NPPS deliverables to sPHENIX, what does the timeline look like, where are gaps in our present commitments, where can we/should we provide further help.

Tomorrow's meeting has a scope that includes SDCC related activities as well. It would be good to have the picture of SDCC related matters from tomorrow's meeting to inform Friday's discussion.
