My understanding:
The restriction on non-BNL-email responses was removed, so there is no
compatibility issue with gmail this time.

My understanding:
DocuSign includes a document management system that enables straightforward
reporting of who has done what, instead of requiring a person to manage all
the returned PDFs and keeping some other database updated themselves.
