Please find below the announcement for the next EIC streaming readout workshop, virtually hosted by MIT : https://indico.mit.edu/e/srviii2021 . In particular, in the computing session, https://indico.mit.edu/event/1/timetable/#20210428 , we have put together three ML talks from ASIC to online computing. Joe Osborn will also represent ORNL on the topic of streaming readout and data management.

 

I hope these topic would be of interest to many colleagues of the NPPS group too. Could you bring the workshop and computing session to the attention of the group?

Dear Colleagues,

The Streaming Readout Consortium is organizing the Eighth Workshop on Streaming Readout for the EIC for April 28-30, 2021.

 

The workshop will be virtual using Zoom.  The meeting web site is:

Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in the discussions.  Please register (no charge) as the password for the Zoom 

meeting will only be sent to the registered participants.

 

We would be very interested in learning about the status of your work and the plans for integrating it into a streaming readout 

scheme. If you are interested in giving a short presentation please contact one of the SRO workshop convenors and/or suggest 

a speaker from your group.
